About R&R Cole Construction

R&R Cole Construction was established in 2020 with one clear goal: deliver quality work done right the first time.

As a Florida native with over 35 years in the Tampa Bay area, I take pride in serving the same community that raised me. My work is built on strong values, integrity, accountability, and giving back what was given to me.

I attended the University of South Florida and proudly served in the United States Navy. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in construction, my career began while I was in college as a door and window installer. From there, I expanded into residential construction, working on flooring, kitchens, and bathroom remodels.

Driven to grow, I moved into large-scale commercial construction, starting as a laborer on high-rise projects. Within a year, I was promoted to foreman, and shortly after, to Assistant Superintendent. These roles allowed me to lead teams, coordinate projects, and deepen my understanding of complex builds.

After a brief transition into manufacturing during recovery from an accident, I returned to construction where my passion has always been. I took on a foreman role that evolved into Project Management in structural repair, specializing in water intrusion and multi-story building restoration.

This work included:

• Concrete structural repairs

• Column restoration

• Residential-level installations

• Roofing and waterproofing systems

From historic buildings to high-rises and residential properties, I’ve had the opportunity to plan and execute a wide range of complex projects. What I enjoy most is solving problems and delivering results that last.

After years in the field, I made the decision to start my own company. At R&R Cole Construction, our mission is simple: provide high-quality workmanship with attention to detail that exceeds expectations.
